rve.AddTextNL(MultilineText, PlainTextStyleNo, TitleParaNo,

  PlainTextParaNo);

if rve.ItemCount>0 then

  rve.GetItem(0).StyleNo := TitleStyleNo;

rve.Format;

Where

MultilineText - text document from DB;

PlainTextStyleNo,  TitleStyleNo - indices in rve.Style.TextStyles,

PlainTextParaNo,  TitleParaNo - indices in rve.Style.ParaStyles
