It's not necessary.

Color of the whole line (paragraph) is defined by the paragraph style (it's

property Background). Index of paragraph style is passed in the third

parameter of AddNL

ApplyParaStyleConversion does nothing but allows to change index of

paragraph style for the selected paragraphs.
