Access violation when using the dbrichview

I am getting an Access Violation error ( NTDLL.DLL ) sometimes when loading

if the rvf binary stored off in the blob field contains gif images. Other

times it loads just fine.

I had been storing, viewing, making changes, etc all day yesterday with no

problems. After shutting down my machine to go eat dinner and coming back,

I went back to same program and got the errors. I rebooted, no other

changes, and went back to the same record that gave the error, and

everything was fine again. Made other imports of html files with no

problems.

When the error arises, no html imports can occur, an access violation

occurs, and the code goes to line 2232 in RichViewActions (

What would be possible error cause?
