First, make sure that your version of RichViewActions is 1.22:

http://www.trichview.com/resources/actions/richviewactionsb.zip

(it has Language button at the right bottom corner of the ActionTest

application).

See comments in RVALocalize.pas how to add languages.

Currently supported: English, Russian, German, French, Swedish, Norwegian.

(if not all these languages are present in the installation, download

http://www.trichview.com/resources/actions/rvatranslate.zip and update files

from this archive).
