TRichViewXML doesn't translate "

When loading an xml file using TRichViewXML it doesn't translate " to the quote character.
Yes, it does not translate " in text (but must do it in values of attributes). It does not write it there as well.
Well, I've revised RichViewXML code related to text conversion when saving and loading. " will be supported.
If you need this fix urgently, let me know.
