Hello

How I can know number of undo or redo operations i can recover at a given time?

There are no documented methods for this.
But you can use
TRVEditRVData(RichViewEdit1.RVData).UndoList.Count
TRVEditRVData(RichViewEdit1.RVData).RedoList.Count
