richviewactiions won't install

Probably my mistake, but I can't get richviewactions installed. I used it before, but am now installing it on a new PC. When installing i get an error:
File not found {$I RV_Defs.inc}
Same kind of problem when first trying to install rvhtmlimport (missing .res)
What am I doing wrong???

Directory with RichView files (including RV_Defs.inc) must be added in the Delphi library paths list.
For Delphi 2-7, this list is in: menu Tools | Environment Options, tab Library, Library path.
Directory with RichViewActions files must be added there as well.
