Can you overwrite/insert text on RichViewEditor

I have a RichvView editor working.
But when I type Insert key on keyboard does nothing, the text you are tiping not overwrite the existing text, only insert always.
Do I may a special procedure to implement this action?
Do not have TRichViewEditor a procedure or function to do it?
