Problem with delimiters '

I can not use the character 'as delimiters, the property is set with this string ' _.;,:(){}"/\<>!?[]‘’“”-+*= „«»… and all the others char work properly except ' char.

OnSpellingCheck does not divide words correctly.

How can I fix this?
